About the Loft
Welcome! We are pleased to have the opportunity to share our
downtown space with you. This building was built in 1884 and we
love its historic charm and character. Please be careful going up
and down the stairs…historic character also means uneven floors
and steps! We are centrally located in the heart of downtown and in
walking distance to many of Williamsport’s best restaurants, bars
and shops.
The space
This is a HUGE loft designed to comfortably host a large group of friends, family, colleagues or teams. The main floor has a full kitchen and dining table for 12 people. In addition, an adjoined space seats another 8 people for dining, games or just to hang out. Lounge in the living room area and people watch on downtown 4th street or stream your favorite shows/movies on the brand new 65″ TV. Get your game on in the enormous game room, equipped with shuffle puck, foosball, air hockey, and cornhole.
The third floor has 3 bedrooms: The master with a king bed, a second bedroom with 2 queens and a third bedroom with a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping 6 people total in the third room).
With ample bathroom space, the loft is also equipped with 3+ bathrooms containing 4 private showers and 3 commodes. There is also a laundry room on the third floor for your convenience and use.
Guest access
You have all the spaces above to yourself. This is a second/third story walk up and is therefore not suitable for anyone who is unable to use stairs.
